ATLANTA, GA. April 11, 2012 Atlanta based Ethosoft, Inc. today released Service Pack 1 (SP1) for users of its X-LIMS v4.0 Laboratory Information Management System. This software update ensures that users are provided with the latest software updates and enhancements.
Service Pack 1 includes the new release of the X-LIMS Dashboard. The X-LIMS Dashboard allows users a single point of access to view laboratory operations via charts, graphs, gages, and notification alerts on a configurable screen. Users are able to configure and control the layout and function of their Dashboard’s display directly through their web-browser making it as concise or detailed as they require.
In addition to the X-LIMS Dashboard, Service Pack 1 also contains over 39 productivity and feature enhancements and new reports for end users and managers.
In keeping with the Ethosoft design fundamentals of X-LIMS, all of the features provided with Service Pack 1 are completely web-browser based allowing for these tools to be made available to users in a single deployment package that only requires server deployment.
