ATOFINA Chemicals to Host ESP’s Fall 2004 Software User Group Meeting
ESP (Environmental Software Providers) has announced that its Fall 2004 User Group Meeting, to be held on October 5-6 in Philadelphia, will be hosted by ATOFINA Chemicals. An ESP software customer since 2002, ATOFINA Chemicals currently uses the software to manage environmental data and compliance in six of its largest U.S. facilities.
ESP User Group Meetings are a forum for software users, consulting partners, prospective software users, and industry specialists to come together and share experiences and suggestions pertaining to the software, as well as to vote on enhancements to be included in future product versions. In addition, User Group Meetings offer attendees an opportunity to hear presentations on timely issues by government and industry experts. The User Group Meetings have been an ESP hallmark since the company’s establishment in 1992, and play a pivotal role in determining the direction of ESP’s product evolution. Meetings are typically attended by representatives of companies in the aerospace, petroleum, power and energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, and other industries, as well as by environmental and industry specialists.
The User Group Meeting will be preceded by a workshop, open to the general public, on environmental data management and corporate responsibility, led by industry experts in corporate responsibility issues, business issues, and data management issues.
