AUS/NZ Based Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Brief
We are actively looking for a talented Senior-Level Full-Stack Developer based in either Australia or New Zealand to immediately add to our highly successful team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in full-stack development.
To be successful in this position, the candidate should have a passion for developing clean, professional, and high-quality software using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and more, be willing to learn new technologies, in a fast based environment, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely fashion. Daily work could be focused on either client-side or server.
The candidate will be expected to work both individually, and as part of a fast-paced, remote team, and must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and work well with others.
Primary technologies include .NET, C#, SQL Server, Linux, JavaScript, and more.

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, support, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory LIMS Software
- Assist with support pertaining to the LIMS
- Conform to coding conventions and quality software development best-practices, including security practices as applicable
- Microservices for device provisioning and configuration
- Assist porting custom, in-house software to run on remote devices as a managed application
- Participate in the continuous process improvement of products and infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Sciences, Engineering, or IT related field
- 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in Laboratory Informatics projects
- 5+ years’ experience of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, node.js, Basic, and .NET
- Strong knowledge of database development, especially SQL Server, and postGres
- Experience with report development through tools such as ActiveReports, Crystal, Access, etc.
- Experience with the use of wikis, ticket systems, versioning systems, and understand the role they play in support and communication
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Experience with API development
- Track record of planning and meeting milestones
- Work multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Good written and verbal communications skills
