We have undertaken to supply a very high quality product with outstanding service & support at competitive pricing. This policy required relentless monitoring of feedback from an entire customer base with particular attention to the emerging Chinese & Asian network. A concerted effort was adopted to meet the changing demands of a very large customer base.
By no means has this been a straightforward task. It involved major plant, equipment and management changes and required the assistance and close affiliation with both the Australian State and Federal Government export associations. Our workforce has increased to sustain this additional demand and maintain a high support level.
