Bio-Reference Laboratories, Inc., announced that Healthvision, a leading healthcare Internet company, will use CareEvolve, the BRLI web-based connectivity solution, to serve as the lab connectivity service for healthcare professionals wishing to order clinical laboratory tests via the Healthvision portal. The service allows providers to universally order laboratory and pathology tests, perform medical necessity verification and access lab results from the Healthvision system using any web-enabled computer. CareEvolve is delivering the laboratory connectivity component of the Healthvision Connected Healthcare Community (CHC).
