Chemtech expands team of managers and project leaders

Chemtech executive staff has welcomed six new professionals.  Project leaders César Augustus Tavares, 29 years old; Gildeon Filho, 28; Frederico Medina, 29; and Ricardo Cruz, 29, were all promoted to project managers.  Additionally, engineers Marcos Sécca, 27, and Giancarlo Silva, 30, are in the new team of project leaders.

After these promotions, Chemtech now has four board members, two general managers, three senior managers, 17 project managers, and 16 project leaders.

About 50% of these people started working at Chemtech as interns, a good example of how the company provides professional growth and development opportunities.

Chemtech success formula includes recognition, encouragement, and valuing of talents.  That is one of the reasons why Chemtech is the third best company to work at in Brazil and one of the 30 best for women – there are eight women among our executive staff.

About Chemtech
