Chemtech is chosen as the 3rd best company to work at in Brazil

For the third consecutive year Chemtech ranks among the best companies to work at in Brazil. This year, however, the recognition for on-going appreciation of the work of employees took a step further.  The reputed Great Place to Work Institute, in partnership with Revista Época, conducted a survey that revealed: Chemtech is the third best company to work at in Brazil.

Besides choosing the best companies to work at, were also chosen the best companies for women, where Chemtech ranked among the 30 best.  The awards ceremony also credited the best companies in five different dimensions: credibility, respect, impartiality, pride, and commeradery. Chemtech also distinguished itself in this last dimension, ranking among the three companies with the best score.

The results were disclosed yesterday during the awards ceremony of the 10th survey Melhores Empresas para Trabalhar no Brasil (The Best Companies to Work at in Brazil).  An issue of Revista Época containing the full list and special news on the companies will be at the newsstands on August 19.

Following the Great Place to Work model, a good place to work at is that where the organization members trust the people they work with, are proud of what they do, and like their colleagues.

“Our mission is to build a better society by helping companies to change their work environment.  Any company, no matter its size, can become an excellent place to work at”, declared José Tolovi Jr., chairman of the institute.

Guia Exame Você S/A -And for the third consecutive year, Chemtech ranked among the 150 best companies to work at in the country and was chosen by the Guia as the third best company in technology, a reference for Brazilian business executives.

“The Guia is a good indicator for quality suppliers”, stated Professor André Fischer, coordinator of the study conducted by FIA. “It is common knowledge that the predominant working environment has a large impact on service rendering companies”, added Prof. Fischer.
