Clarity LIMS Developer
Location: Remote
Candidates Need EITHER specific Clarity LIMS exp OR very strong Python skills and very strong background in molecular diagnostic workflows particular to NGS.
Company Description
Our client is a molecular diagnostics company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of high value, non-invasive tests to enhance the care and long-term outcomes of transplant recipients. The company has commercialized a non-invasive test for heart transplant recipients, which aids physicians in surveillance of heart transplant recipients. There is new evidence that further supports the clinical utility of this test.
Responsibilities
- Designing configuring and developing LIMS workflows
- Interfacing/integrating with LIMS via API (SOAP, Rest)
- Authoring relevant end user and technical documentation
- Providing support and guidance to Software QA as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience Clarity LIMS
- 2+ years’ experience REST, JSON
- 1+ years’ RDBMS experience (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server)
- Mastery of Python programming language
- Solid understanding of molecular diagnostics workflows (PCR, NGS)
- Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent experience.
