ClinSource Extends the Use of TrialXS into the Asia Pacific Region
ClinSource, a leading clinical research software provider, announced today that a world leading Medical Technology provider signed a contract for the use of ClinSource TrialXS in the Asia Pacific region. Up to date, the company deploys multiple modules of this leading solution for Electronic Data Capture at its EMEA research facilities.
The contract covers the use of TrialXS / EDC (Electronic Data Capture), a flexible solution for collecting clinical trial data directly from the research centers and hospitals by using the Internet.
The decision to select TrialXS was based on its flexible and attractive design and user-friendly interface. Internet connectivity in the Asia Pacific region requires good performance even through basic dial-in modems, so several tests were done to assure operability throughout the region.
A comprehensive helpdesk and support flow was implemented, covering several languages and time zones. The contract was signed in the beginning of this year, while in the mean time most of the local country representatives were trained and certified.
