Victoria Police (Australia) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the supply of a Forensic Laboratory Information Management System (FIMS).
The purpose of the EOI is to:
- Identify the vendors who are interested and capable of supplying the Software and Services components of the FIMS
- Identify which LIMS products are available that meet the business and non-functional requirements of the Victoria Police Forensic Services Department (VPFSD) and Victoria Police
- Understand which of the VPFSD fundamental functional requirements are available in the LIMS products ‘out of the box’, ‘configurable’, ‘customisable’ or ‘require bespoke development’
- Consider any innovative or alternative ideas submitted that could offer VPFSD the best available solution.
