Cogent Systems announced it will showcase its biometric identification solutions as part of the Second Annual Award Ceremony/Reception and Congressional Forensic Science Technology Fair on Capitol Hill. Sponsored by Congressman Young (FL) and Senator Sessions (AL), the Technology Fair on April 6th and 7th, 2005 will feature the latest developments in forensic technologies by the members of the Consortium of Forensic Science Organizations. Cogent intends to display recently successful developments in fingerprint identification technology that demonstrate Cogent’s technological leadership in the biometrics industry. These include a ruggedized latent fingerprint processing workstation, biometric identity card readers, SearchGate and SmartGate(TM) access control devices, ePassport and much more.
