Description
This is a combined synopsis/request for quote for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05(6) and with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ; quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. This procurement is 100% the set aside for small business. The identifying RFQ number is FSIS-25-B-05.
Title: LIMS Validation Consulting Support
Scope. The contractor shall furnish all travel and labor to prepare validation test scripts based on FSIS-provided Functional Requirements Specification and Design Specification/Unit Testing Documents for the LabWare LIMS application located at USDA, FSIS, OPHS, EL, 950 College Station Road, Athens, GA 30605. The contractor shall also provide advice concerning FSIS validation of the LIMS implementation as related to ISO 17025, Good Automated Laboratory Practices (GALP), and Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP4) standards, as needed.Period of Performance. One year from date of award.
