San Jose State University (SJSU) is selecting a Service Provider to contract Routine Sampling and Laboratory Analysis of drinking water as mandated by Department of Health Services (DHS) for the SJSU-drinking water system. The University will issue two purchase orders as a result of the Sampling Company and one for the Laboratory Company. The Sampling Company shall provide overall coordination of the services. The term Service Provider shall refer to the Sampling Company in this agreement. San Jose State University owns and operates two (2) potable water wells. The Main Campus Well, also referred to as “Main Campus Well #2”, is located on 9th Street between San Carlos and San Salvador Streets. The South Campus Well is located at the Spartan Stadium on 10th Street between Humboldt and Alma Streets.
