Contractor will provide all necessary skilled labor, laboratory facilities, methods, technical knowledge, materials, tools and equipment to perform required laboratory analysis from samples taken at two sewage treatment plants located at Big Basin and Portola Redwoods State Parks and water plants and systems at Ano Nuevo State Reserve and Butano State Park. Contractor must provide ELAP and CDHS number on the Bid Form in order to be considered a responsible bidder.
