This is a re-advertisement of work that bid on February 21, 2006, and all bids were rejected. Provide all labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required to furnish Materials Testing & Inspection Services, Service Area IIIa for San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. Scope of work to include but not be limited to: Providing testing laboratory; registered/licensed civil engineer, geotechnical engineer & testing technicians. Perform testing, observations and inspections of soils, earthwork, aggregates, masonry, reinforcing steel, concrete and asphaltic concrete, structural steel, metal fabrication, fire proofing, welding, and other related construction materials in compliance with CCR Title 24. IFB bid package (Available on or about April 10, 2006) may be obtained by downloading from the CSCR (PREFERRED). To download from the internet: http://www.cscr.dgs.ca.gov/.
