Provide all labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required to furnish Materials Testing & Inspection Services, Service Area IIa for Lassen, Modoc, Shasta, Siskiyou & Trinity Counties. Scope of work to include but not be limited to: Providing LEA approved testing laboratory; registered/licensed civil engineer, geotechnical engineer & testing technicians. Perform testing, observations and inspections of soils, earthwork, aggregates, masonry, reinforcing steel, concrete and asphaltic concrete, structural steel, metal fabrication, fire proofing, welding, and other related construction materials in compliance with CCR Title 24. Firms submitting responses to the IFB must be Laboratory Evaluation and Acceptance (LEA) approved by the Division of the State Architect and have an LEA approved laboratory within the five county borders.
