| The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to collect weekly water samples from roadside rest areas to perform laboratory testing for coliform bacteria and to report analysis results in writing. Roadside rest areas are located in the counties of Yolo, Sacramento, Colusa and Glenn.
