Contractor shall provide all necessary skilled labor, skilled laboratory facilities, methods, technical knowledge, materials, tools and equipment to perform required laboratory analysis as required in Title 22, California Code of Regulations, on water samples taken from twelve (12) separate water systems at various state park units within the Santa Cruz Mountain Sector, Santa Cruz District, Santa Cruz County.
For your bid to be responsible, the Contractor must provide the State of California Department of Health Services (DHS), Laboratory Certification number and Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) number on the Bid Form.
Anticipated performance of the contract is July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2008.
Certified Small Businesses and DVBE’s are strongly encouraged to respond.
