The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide potable and waste water quality testing for several Park Units within Colorado Desert District. Contractor must be a laboratory licensed to do business in California and shall be approved by the State of California, Division of Laboratory Science by the Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program.
Water samples provided by Colorado Desert District Representative shall be delivered to a certified water and waster water testing facility within 24-hours of taking the sample (per industry standards). Samples are to be taken Contractor’s facility during the normal business hours. Test results will meet all existing time frames and notifications per existing regulations. Standard methods and procedures must be followed on all lab tests.
DVBE requirement is being waived for this contract.
Anticipated term of the contract is December 1, 2006 through November 30, 2009.
