Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to provide water testing services for Hungry Valley SVRA, California State Parks. Contractor must have at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, all applicable permits, licenses, certifications to meet State, County, Federal and Municipal ordinances and regulations necessary to perform water testing. Contractor will meet all insurance requirements that include General Liability and Workers Comp.
