| The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide potable and waste water quality testing for Bautista and Oak Glen Conservation Camps.
The California Department of Health Services (DHS) mandates that water samples from the water treatment facilities located at Bautista and Oak Glen Conservation Camps be tested monthly for total and fecal coli forms and coli form presence/absence. Annual and bi-annual sample testing (e.g., lead and copper samples) is required by the federal and state mandates. In addition, emergency testing may be required based on any unforeseen problems with plant operations. A list of samples to be tested (per the CCR, Title 22 testing regulations) may be obtained by contacting the contract coordinator.
