Defining Responsibilities in the Cloud on Vantage Point
Cloud computing has similar challenges but lacks the default set of rules established for aviation. Therefore, it is up to you and your service provider to define the division of labor (who’s responsible for what) and the acceptable operating parameters (metrics) that ensure the services in the cloud to meet the established business requirements.
