A Document Management Technician's primary duty is to support functional activities related to the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), the document library, and audits.

Requirements: 

Responsibilities 
– Performing tasks specifically outlined in departmental procedures for EDMS 
– Scanning and filing documents in the EDMS, intranet, library, and storage areas 
– Maintaining Document Management in SharePoint and other databases 
– Distributing and controlling documents electronically and in hard-copy format 
– Executing archival activities for controlled documents 
– Reviewing documents for format consistency and system compatibility 
– Providing assistance to other internal functional departments regarding documentation formatting and processes 
– Supporting internal, regulatory and client audits 
Qualifications 
– High School/GED 
– Technical Certificate or higher preferred 
– 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel 
– Prior experience in a regulated environment
