F–Sampling and Analysis of Drinking Water Wells

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide well sampling and analysis services as required. Sampling and analysis shall be in accordance with EPA Region IV guidance entitled Environmental Investigations Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance.Laboratory testing shall be performed by a laboratory that is certified in the State of North Carolina in accordance with EPA Method 524.2, Measurement of Purge able Organic Compounds in Water by Capillary Column Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry. These services shall be performed during the month of February or March, and September or October timeframe, scheduling shall be coordinated by the Government appointed representative.
