Electronic Lab Notebook Upgrade for TCEQ Sugar Land Lab Laboratory Information Management System

TCEQ seeks to upgrade its Sugar Land Laboratory to a more automated and paperless environment, specifically adding an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) component to its existing LIMS (Labworks). The Vendor will provide an analysis of the hardware (servers) and software necessary to improve the lab processes, install the ELN and other software upgrades, and ensure seamless integration with existing LIMS system and instrumentation.
