The two-day consulting sessions will be provided to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and clinical research organizations taking part in etrials’ Technology Transfer program. etrials’ Technology Transfer, or software licensing option, is designed for clients who want to build their own clinical trials using etrials’ eClinical Suite of products. Clients participate in a gradual, staged transfer of technology and knowledge until they have mastered a complete eClinical implementation and are ready to “own” the process in house. These tailored sessions will be facilitated by Campbell Alliance and will focus on helping clients adapt operating practices to successfully execute clinical trials using etrials’ solutions.
Topics include:
- Establishing an eClinical benefit case and approach to measuring results
- Identifying and eliminating obstacles to eClinical adoption
- Building a plan to adapt operations and train staff in conjunction with the implementation of etrials’ solutions
- Identifying process, role and documentation changes required to execute eClinical trials
- Identifying training needs
