“The Steuben County Community Services (SCCS), through the Steuben County Purchasing Department, is seeking an Electronic Medical Record (EHR) System that is fully integrated and includes a billing and scheduling system in order to optimize overall operations of the department and maintain compliance with current, scheduled and future State and Federal standards.
This RFP process will serve to evaluate software alternatives and associated project costs for a fully integrated EHR/Practice Management/Billing and Scheduling system for our Mental Health & Substance Abuse services. The EHR system must adhere to standards from the Office of Mental Health, Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services, Department of Health, as well as corporate compliance standards.
The EHR application must be customizable to the broad range of programs operated by the two main Licensed Programs.”
