“The United States Army, Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division – Omaha, located in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking to purchase Analytical Lab Services within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territorial Sites of Guam and Puerto Rico. Services include providing sample containersand preservatives, instrumental analysis, and data reporting. Analytical services must be provided by a Department of Defense (DOD Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) accredited laboratory for use in the environmental restoration and military construction programs.
