Freezerworks Announces Sixth Annual Users Education Conference
The sample management software company will be holding their sixth annual meeting at Caesars Palace Resort in June.
Mountlake Terrace, WA — In December 2014, Dataworks Development, Inc. announced an event the company will be holding in the summer of 2015. Called the Freezerworks Users Education Conference, the meeting will showcase new features, provide customer training, and allow attendees to learn how other sites are using the software. All Freezerworks users are invited to the conference.
Previously known as the Freezerworks Users Group Meeting, this sixth annual event will include a number of different sessions, including roundtable discussions, training sessions, and software presentations from Freezerworks employees and customers alike. Networking events will also give attendees opportunities to meet and spend time together.
“This offers our clients an opportunity to explore the power of Freezerworks,” said CEO Cheryl Michels. “We provide training and an in-depth look at a number of features that our customers may have not had the chance to explore on their own. Most importantly, our clients get to meet other users of the software, share experiences, and solve common problems.”
More importantly for the Freezerworks team, the Users Education Conference gives customers a voice to help shape the next version of the company’s sample management software. This event provides an excellent opportunity for the Freezerworks team to gather information and continue improving with each software release.
“The Freezerworks Users Education Conference is pivotal in our efforts to remain customer-focused,” said Michels. “A large majority of our new features come from suggestions that were made during previous Users Conferences.”
