GeneEd and PerkinElmer Announce Strategic Partnership to Deliver Life and Analytical Sciences eLearning Courses Worldwide
GeneEd, Inc., the leading provider of advanced eLearning solutions for the life science industry, today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with PerkinElmer Life and Analytical Sciences, a leading provider of instrumentation, tools and technologies to the health and industrial sciences markets. As part of the agreement, PerkinElmer will utilize GeneEd’s custom eLearning capabilities, and will also resell catalog eLearning courses globally as part of its continuing strategy to provide best-in-class support and service to its customers.
The eLearning curriculum developed by GeneEd for PerkinElmer currently includes a course for Atomic Absorption, with courses for Inductively Coupled Plasma and Chromatography systems planned for development. In addition, GeneEd’s industry-leading catalog of Biopharma Tech courses will also be available for resale to all of PerkinElmer Life and Analytical Sciences customers through the company’s website (http://las.perkinelmer.com/Trainings/CourseSearch.htm). The Biopharma Tech curriculum consists of interactive, animated expositions describing the tools and technologies of modern life science, ranging from Bioinformatics and Proteomics to Good Clinical and Laboratory Practices (GCP/GLP). The curriculum is one component of GeneEd’s Life Science eLearning catalog, composed of R&D, Clinical, Regulatory/Compliance and Therapeutic Area information.
