TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Quality Management (ERCQM) software solutions, today announced that DiaSorin S.p.A., an international player in the market for in vitro diagnostics, has selected Pilgrim’s On-Demand (Software as a Service) software suite as its global Quality Management solution.
Pilgrim’s SmartSolve® system will be implemented to provide DiaSorin’s global operations with fully integrated and automated processes around: Nonconformance, Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA), Customer Complaints, Audit, Training, Calibration and Supplier Management. Additionally, the company will leverage Pilgrim’s SmartInsight™ Reporting system for improved, enterprise-wide tracking, visibility, and control of its global quality operations data and metrics. Currently, the DiaSorin Group is comprised of 23 companies based in Europe, North, Central and South America, Africa and Asia. The various locations have been operating with home-built quality systems or paper-based systems. DiaSorin will implement these solutions to fulfill its vision for a fully automated, integrated, and unified quality system across the organization the enterprise.
