DENVER, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Global Med Technologies(®), Inc. (“Global Med” or the “Company”) (OTC Bulletin Board: GLOB), an international healthcare information technology company, today announced that its Inlog S.A. subsidiary has licensed its EdgeLab((TM))( )Laboratory Information Management Software (Marketed as “Labo Serveur” in France) to the Centre hospitalier intercommunal des Portes de l’Oise (Beaumont-sur-Oise Hospital) of Beaumont-sur-Oise, France. Will Willman, Global Med’s Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing EU/ME/Asia, commented, “The Beaumont-sur-Oise Hospital Laboratory chose EdgeLab for several reasons: EdgeLab interfaces well with Inlog’s EdgeTrack blood bank software (not available in the U.S.) which is already installed in the hospital and it has a wide range of features important to Beaumont-sur-Oise’s laboratory operation. In addition, EdgeLab was recommended by other labs in the area, the software is user-friendly, and Beaumont-sur-Oise had a very positive experience with our project managers while installing EdgeTrack.”
