InforSense 1.9 to Boost Genetic Research for Canadian Scientists

InforSense Ltd., the leading provider of Open Discovery Workflow informatics platforms, announced a multi-user multi-year license agreement with The Centre for Applied Genomics (TCAG) Microarray Facility at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. The InforSense enterprise Knowledge Discovery Environment will provide a powerful software environment for the advanced analysis of Affymetrix GeneChip ™ data.

Via the core facility at TGAG, researchers can now access, analyze and interpret genomic data within the single integrated workflow-centric environment provided by InforSense 1.9. TCAG is an advanced infrastructure involved in innovative genetics and genomics research, including the isolation and characterization of disease genes of significant medical and therapeutic interest. The Microarray Facility is one of seven core facilities at TCAG that provide services accessible to all Canadian researchers.
