| The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, nonconsumable supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, permits/licenses and every other item of expense necessary to perform Ambient Air Laboratory Analysis specified herein for the California Department of Corrections, California State Prison, Solano (SOL) located at 2100 Peabody Road, Vacaville, CA 95687. If your bid is in excess of $15,000, failure to submit the Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) worksheets with your bid proposal will result in the automatic rejection of your bid. It is essential that you commence the required DVBE participation process as soon as possible to allow adequate response time for potential DVBE participants.
