The Contractor shall prepare and provide Asbestos and Lead Based Paint Survey Reports through visually inspecting collecting and testing of building materials on residential and commercial structures for the State of California Department of Transportation. License required are Asbestos Consultant or Site Surveillance Technician or Lead-Related Construction Inspector/Assessor. Site Surveillance Technician may take asbestos samples under the direction of an Asbestos Consultant. The Reports shall be provided on an as needed basis as required by the Contract Manager.
