“The Middlesex County Office of Health Services requires various medical laboratory testing services of client tests taken at the Tuberculosis Clinic, 29 Oakwood Avenue, Edison, NJ 08837.

Applicants shall include current licenses and accreditations in their bid submittal for operation including, but not limited to Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, Food and Drug Administration License and Department of Environmental Protection, American College of Radiology Accreditation.”
