| Contractor shall provide all labor, transporation, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to provide blood drawing, urinalysis,and laboratory services to parolees under the care and jurisdiction of the Calif. Dept. of Corrections, Parole and Community Services Division, Parole Outpatient Clinic. Contractor shall provide these services in multiple facilities. Facilities must be maintained in a clean and safe manner and be located within 25 miles of each Parole Unit in cities listed blow. There will be one award for Region II (S.F.) area for Parole Units exisiting in the following cities: Oxnard, San Jose, San Luis Obispo, Oakland, Salinas, Santa Maria, Hayward, Berkeley, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Redwood City, Vallejo, Atascadero, Daly City, Fairfield, San Pablo, Ukiah, Concord, and Eureka.
