Medical Testing Services
The State of Michigan hereby request quotations to establish contracts for drug and alcohol compliance assistance for Michigan local transit agencies regarding USDOT drug and alcohol related legislation per the attached terms, conditions and specifications. The contract will be for a three (3) year period to commence with the issuance of contract.
The contract will be subject to the attached terms, conditions, and specifications. The terms and conditions of this invitation to bid contain many issues specific to MDOT/USDOT/FTA rules and regulations.
