| The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide potable and non-potable water quality testing for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection’s Fenner Canyon, Owens Valley and Pilot Rock Conservation Camps. The Contractor shall also provide wastewater testing for Owens Valley and Pilot Rock Conservation Camps.
