“To aid the District in its ongoing efforts to restore the Indian River Lagoon, the [St. Johns River Water Management District] is requesting Bid Submittals from qualified and experienced contract laboratories to provide information about their procedures for analyzing organic substances and metals in various matrices (Tables 1–5). Clean samples will be collected, preserved and provided to the contractor by the District. Samples will be from saline aquatic environments. The initial samples will focus on sediments, but information for analyses of water and biota is requested to guide future sampling.”
