The Santa Barbara County Public Health Department (SBCPHD) is issuing this RFP for a Public Health Lab Information System (LIS) to be used by laboratory staff to provide comprehensive Primary and Community Health care management. The system will integrate with the existing SBCPHD Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for order entry and results. The ability for ordering providers located outside the SBCPHD to use the system is desirable. The vendor should have a stable, modern product.
