Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and personnel necessary to conduct asbestos air sampling (area & personal), and bulk material sampling. Monitoring to include Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), and Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM), as requested. Lead air monitoring, lead bulk sampling & lead water sampling may include Toxicity Concentration Leaching Procedure (TCLP). Analysis to be provided within specified times at various locations within the Southern Field Division’s jurisdiction. Facilities are located in San Bernardino, Pearblossom, Castaic, and the Gorman area. |
