Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, transportation, and taxes necessary to test
submitted samples for the presence of asbestos by visual estimation using Polarized Light
Microscopy (PLM), and for providing a written report on the test results.
Additional Requirements:
1. The Contractor must have facilities within 40 miles of Sacramento.
2. The Contractor must have either California Environmental Laboratory certification or National
Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Progrom Certification.
