| Contractor shall provide clinical laboratory services for Coalinga State Hospital over a 10 month contract period; with at least 90% f the procedures specified in the agreement performed onsite on a daily basis, Monday through Friday. Contractor shall supply all necessary materials for the collection, handling, and transportation of specimens sent to contractor. Contractor’s courier must visit the state hospital at least one time daily, Monday through Friday, no earlier than 3:30 P.M. each day, with capabilities for storage and transportation of frozen and/or refrigerated specimens. Contractor must provide copies of state and national certifications to Coalinga State Hospital Clinical Laboratory with the bid package. |
