| The Department of Personnel Administration is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide combined drug and alcohol testing services which consist of collection of urine specimens, administering of breath alcohol tests, analysis, and Medical Review Officer (MRO) services for mandatory drug and alcohol testing of State employees in safety-sensitive classifications.
