| Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to provide blood drawing, urinalysis, and laboratory services to parolees under the care and jurisdiction of the California Department of Corrections (CDC), Parole and Community Services Division (P&CSD), Region IV, Parole Outpatient Clinic (POC), located at 21015 Pathfinder Road, Suite 200, Diamond Bar, California 91765.
Contractor shall obtain blood and urine samples as ordered by a physician. Contractor shall analyze blood and urine for medication concentration and other physiological variables as needed in order to monitor the status of parolees receiving psychiatric medication. |
