Provide all labor, materials and equipment and perform all work required to furnish Materials Testing & Inspection Services, Service Area IV for 5 Southern California counties of Imperial, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino & San Diego. Scope of work to include but not be limited to: Providing testing laboratory; registered/licensed civil engineer, geotechnical engineer & testing technicians. Perform testing, observations and inspections of soils, earthwork, aggregates, masonry, reinforcing steel, concrete and asphaltic concrete, structural steel, metal fabrication, fire proofing, welding, and other related construction materials in compliance with CCR Title 24.
