| Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, nonconsumable supplies, transportation, including travel and per diem, and every other item of expense necessary to perform chemical/biological/miscellaneous laboratory testing services for the various Department of Corrections (CDC) institutions. Testing shall be in accordance with the tests as listed on the Rate Sheet, Exhibit B-2.
DVBE participation is required. If our bid exceeds $15,000, failure to submit the completed DVBE worksheets with your bid proposal will result in automatic rejection of your bid. NOTE: It is essential that you commence the required DVBE participation process as soon as possible to allow adequate response time for potential DVBE participants.
