LabAnswer Announces the Acquisition of Laboratory Automation Solutions (LAS

HOUSTON, TEXAS-December 15, 2008-LabAnswer, the leading laboratory informatics consultancy in North America, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Laboratory Automation Solutions (LAS). LAS is a premier, laboratory quality assurance and LIMS consultancy that specializes in serving government laboratories. Government laboratories include DoD laboratories, public health, forensic, agricultural, environmental, and analytical testing, as well as research and development laboratories. The acquisition will result in the formation of LabAnswer-LAS Government Solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
