LabLite LIMS Recent Work
Over the past few months LabLite LLC has completed several LIMS projects that indicate the growing strength and national recognition of a company that is celebrating ten years in business. www.lablite.com
The largest city in one of the “farm states” needed to replace a legacy LIMS but was hesitant to buy expensive and complex offerings recommended by consultants. When they saw how the LabLite interface was so transparent and simple and the pricing was well below other vendors, they carefully reviewed the references and client list of LabLite’s municipal water departments. They soon made the decision to purchase LabLite SQL LIMS and LabLite PC for the treatment plant and associated lab. The job was completed on time and under budget.
Another growing Midwestern city also opted for LabLite SQL LIMS and PC to link together their central lab, compliance reporting and engineering operations of nine countywide wastewater treatment plants. They have “gone live” as of mid August. Again, LabLite won this prestigious client over three other competing finalists primarily for ease-of-use design and realistic pricing.
A large international mining company needed to find a vendor who could link many other software systems including: corporate ordering, loading and scales, railroad and billing for a comprehensive solution to track lab results and generate C of A’s. This was a complex job with custom scripting added to the LabLite SQL LIMS product. They selected LabLite based on open, industry standard code and software architecture. This was a large phased job which is now complete. Labor needs and transcription errors have been significantly reduced.
LabLite recently had the pleasure of upgrading one of our oldest environmental lab clients in support of their growing operations and move to a new facility.
A small environmental lab in New England was quickly installed for a low price. LabLite included all the set-up tables saving them days of labor.
A pharmaceutical testing lab in Texas has chosen LabLite SQL LIMS and will be fully operational by September, 2006.
